 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 88  (PILOT PROGRAM FOR CHARTER SCHOOLS)           
 before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the                
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 88 be                 
 approved for calendaring.  SENATOR DUNCAN objected.  The roll was             
 taken with the following result:  Senators Sharp, Pearce, Salo,               
 Miller voted "Yea" and Senator Duncan voted "Nay."  The Chairman              
 stated the calendaring motion carried.
